Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Coswell S.p.A., with registered office at Via P. Gobetti, 4 - 40050 Funo di Argelato (Bo), of your decision by sending a declaration to the following email address: servizio.consumatori@coswell.biz, indicating your request.

You will receive a return form to complete your request. Fill it out and send it to the Shopcoswell Customer Service. Once your request has been confirmed, follow the instructions and make sure to include the completed return form inside the package, which should be sent to:

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal request via email within 14 days from the receipt of your order. Once the return request is confirmed, you have up to 14 days to ship the package.

Upon withdrawal, you will receive a refund for the payments made, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred due to your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive standard delivery option offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the moment Coswell S.p.A. receives the returned goods and verifies the validity of the withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until you provide proof of having returned the goods, whichever comes first.

If you have already received the product, you must return it to Coswell S.p.A. without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the 14-day period expires. The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense.
