STANDARD SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments are carried out through the following courier:

NEW SERVICE  FLEX DELIVERY

We offer a new, more flexible and customizable shipping service for our customers. Once you place an order, you will receive an email updating you on the shipping status and allowing you to modify your delivery preferences. 

You will be able to:

• Change the scheduled delivery date
  Select a new pickup point, now available at both GLS locations and Parcel Shops
  Provide a new delivery address
  Specify a safe place for delivery (e.g., garden, garage)
  Authorize delivery to a neighbor

Standard delivery takes place within 5 working days.
For orders containing items not in stock at the time of purchase, delivery times may extend up to 15 working days.
Deliveries are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. 

MINIMUM ORDER

The minimum order to receive your favorite Coswell Group products at home is €20. This ensures a precise, fast, and personalized service.
