1) Following your visits to our websites, completion of forms, participation in our competitions, submission of inquiries/requests, preliminary contacts, market research and surveys, or the possible establishment of business relationships, our company may collect and process your personal data;
2) To clarify, we hereby specify the following definitions provided by the European Regulation 2016/679:

Processing: Any operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination, or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure, or destruction.
We hereby inform you
that the collection and processing of personal data will be carried out by the undersigned company in compliance with the following:
a) General purposes: Your data will be processed to fulfill your requests/questions, to correctly carry out bureaucratic, accounting, tax, commercial, and technical obligations, as well as mandatory company activities required by law and in any case strictly related to existing relationships;
b) Direct marketing purposes: Your data may also be used, solely and exclusively with your free, optional, specific, and explicit consent, which may be revoked at any time, for sending advertising materials/communications via mail, email, telephone, fax, SMS, MMS, WhatsApp, and similar tools. After giving consent, you have the right to object at any time and at no cost to the processing of your data for this purpose;
c) Processing methods: Data will be processed using both paper and electronic/information/telecommunication tools, in full compliance with legal regulations, according to principles of lawfulness and fairness, and in a manner that safeguards your privacy;
d) Optional provision: The provision of your data is optional and not mandatory;
e) Consequences of refusal: Refusal to provide data or complete opposition to their processing for the purposes outlined in point (a) may make it impossible to fulfill certain requests. However, denial of data use for the purposes stated in point (b) will have no impact on the recognition of benefits linked to promotions or on existing relationships.
f) Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be communicated or disclosed: Your data may be communicated, with your specific and explicit consent, for the correct execution of the purposes outlined in points (a) and (b), to companies controlled by or affiliated with our company, specifically: Coswell S.p.A. Additionally, data may be disclosed to third parties solely for the purposes outlined in point (a) in order to fulfill legal or contractual obligations. Your data will not be disseminated under any circumstances;
g) Employees and company staff authorized to process the data: Data will be processed exclusively by a limited number of authorized company employees from the administrative, marketing, IT, and commercial departments;
h) Automated decision-making processes (e.g., profiling): No automated decision-making processes are in place.
i) Data subject’s rights: You have all the rights established by European Regulation 2016/679, including the right to request access to personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
j) Data transfers to third countries: Any transfer of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organization will take place based on an adequacy decision by the Commission or, in the case of transfers as per Articles 46, 47, or 49(1)(2) of the European Regulation, on the basis of appropriate and suitable safeguards;
k) Data retention period: Data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the data subject’s requests or in accordance with current regulations or contractual clauses;
l) Data Controller: The Data Controller is Incos S.r.l., headquartered in Funo (BO), Via P. Gobetti No. 4, represented by its legal representative pro tempore;
